Several of GMH Engineering's customers include competitive racing teams from many different types of automotive and marine racing at all levels, including world-class Formula One teams.

Products such as the Data BRICK Data Acquisition System and the Non-Contact Speed Sensor have been proven invaluable for testing vehicle dynamics and performance. Both have many features which make them ideal for such work. The Data BRICK is small, lightweight and rugged enough to be mounted almost anywhere while ensuring accurate data collection. The Non-Contact Speed Sensor allows accurate speed and distance measurements without concern for factors like wheel slip.

Pictured above is a mini-baja racer sponsored by a team of students belonging to the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) chapter at a local university. Engineers from GMH Engineering have assisted in research and design to improve their mini-baja racers for national competition. Use of GMH products and expertise with has enabled top-placing teams to optimize transmissions and other important aspects of their vehicle designs. Participation in the project has given valuable experience to the students and has been rewarding and fun for GMH Engineering staff members.
